With over 29 years of experience working with Rural, Urban and Suburban settings, Youth Connection LLC specializes in working with Youth and Adults to foster a healthier school climate. Our facilitators bring real-world experience, credibility, and an engaging approach that resonates with students and supports school culture initiatives.
Youth Connection LLC is dedicated to helping students/staff grow academically, socially, and emotionally. We work closely with administrators, counselors, and teachers to design a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment that benefits the entire school community.
Student Assemblies
High-energy, interactive presentations focused on leadership, bullying prevention, choices, resilience, and healthy relationships.
Professional Development for Staff
Topics include building strong relationships, trauma-informed engagement, classroom culture, Bullying 101, effective communication, and staff-student rapport. Any programs topic can be customized to meet your school or district’s specific needs.
Full-Day “Come Together Day” Youth Development Training
A full-day program addressing bullying, harassment, teamwork, communication, leadership, and becoming an up-stander.
