Eric Johnson, Former Director of Training for STARS Nashville. Recently after 28 years, I decided I needed a change and wanted to pursue other options, so now I greet you as the founder of Youth Connection LLC.

Through engaging presentations, practical training and relationship-focused development, I help students build confidence, make positive choices, and develop the leadership skills they need to succeed. It would be an honor to partner with your school and support the important work you do every day.

My work focuses on equipping students with self-awareness, conflict-resolution skills, leadership development, and positive decision-making, while also supporting staff with tools they can use immediately.
